About the Author
Molly George is an author, speaker, counsellor and survivor whose writing is rooted in lived experience, resilience and hope. After surviving domestic abuse, she found healing through writing, shining a light on coercive control, trauma and recovery. She is the author of The Lies Love Hides – The Poems and the forthcoming The Counsellor in the Room – Inside The Lies Love Hides. A trauma-informed counsellor specialising in domestic abuse and complex trauma, Molly is passionate about challenging misconceptions, reducing shame and helping survivors reclaim their voice. Through her writing and work, she offers understanding, validation and hope to those rebuilding after abuse.
