We are thrilled to help you share your upcoming event. To ensure a smooth submission process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Eligibility: Your event must be related to the indie publishing industry or beneficial to indie authors in some way.
  • Event Details: State the name of the event and the year the event will take place. Select the start and end dates. Submissions should be made at least thirty days prior to the event date if possible.
    • If your event occurs more than once a year, please include a month in the “Event Name + Year” field.
  • Event Type & Location: Select all applicable event types and note if it is an In-Person Event, Online Event, or both.
  • Event Link: Provide a website for your event if you have one. This should be a link that allows interested parties to learn more about the event and/or purchase tickets.
  • Event Details: Include information about the event and how it will benefit the indie publishing community.
  • Event Image URL: If you have a specific image you’d like us to use when we feature the event, add the URL here.
  • Content Guidelines: Ensure your submission is free of grammatical errors and formatted correctly. We reserve the right to edit for clarity and length.
  • Review Process: Our team will review your submission and notify you within 5-7 business days if it has been approved for publication on our website.
